	Right on - on the right path: "Tough on Crime, Lock them up and throw away the key!"
	Sort of right - too many incarcerated persons
	There's a problem - highest prison population in the world
	Major problem - spending more on prisons/courts than on education
	Huge problem - the Drug War has failed
	Red Alert! America is becoming a fascist state
	Beyond hope - we're living on a Prison Planet
