While many in America are desperately poor, there seems to be a kind of curious looking-glass quality to the agenda of those in power: Even though the Census Bureau noted that 45.8 MILLION Americans are without health insurance.

So, why would the government decide to cut $10 BILLION? Their pitiful stab at "reform"...
