Documented: EMF Weapons for "Political Control" of Populations

The term "political control" to many simply means which ppolitical party has the most members in any particular chamber of government. With the advent of highly advanced technology, the other, more sinister meaning of the term actually is in reference to behavior modification of citizens individually, or en masse.

This sounds really far out there. Some call folks who have read these documents and try to educate others "tin foil hat" wearers. This author responds that they are ignorant SLAVES. They love their ignorance, they have been conditioned to love their slavery. And I mean this in the nicest way.

It's understandable because it is so incredibly terrifying.

Too many citizens of the world have been conditioned ("programmed") to believe the drivel that is spouted on the idiot box. There's a good reason it's called the idiot box! There is so much that is kept from the public - so much information that is there to be seen with one's own eyes.

Don't take my word for it, look for yourself.

From the incredibly well-researched book entitled, "Invisible Third World War" by W.H. Bowart and Richard Sutton 27.9.1990: [Note: IW= Invisible Weapons]
Since the beginning of recorded history, military strategists have pursued the "black arts" seeking to harness psychic energy (84). The CIA began taking the dark side of the occult seriously in the early fifties (85). Today, parapsychology has evolved into a high tech subject called paraphysics. It is a science guided by some of the world's top physicists and psychologists (86). DIA estimates and other intelligence studies analyze the state-of-the- art in paraphysics and plan for its application to psychic spying, telepathic hypnosis, and even the psychic sabotage of enemy defense systems (87). By their own admission, the intelligence agencies of the U.S. government consider the use of "bio-energetics" their most jealously guarded secret (88).

RIVER STYX WEAPONS (RSW) were among the first prototype (65) electromagnetic weapons. RSW utilized microwaves to "grossly degrade bodily functions" of "the brain, the testes, the eyes, and like organs." Further, the creators of RSW claimed "there are paraphysical advantages that my accrue to the country and allied nations from the early realization of military applications of these effects." Through interviews with RSW principals and research into the background of the project, light is shed on how the U.S. Army worked on paraphysical IW as early as 1957. The RIVER STYX story also reveals that neither the Pentagon nor the CIA have ever been quite as naive about microwaves and other EMR weaponry as they publicly claimed.
***
This statement in the STYX Report reveals why the U.S. government has pulled such a massive coverup. "Should developments in this type weapon be undertaken and should they become known to the public, charges from public and foreign sources that this is an atrocity weapon may be made and should be anticipated." Such weapons were considered at their inception as being as crucial as nukes and were the predecessors of those invisible weapons which now threaten life as we know it.

"It is more dangerous than atomic destruction," warns CIA funded physiologist Dr. Jose Delgado, "Because in our wisdom we may destroy the planet. But through our knowledge of the brain, we may transform, we may shape, direct, robotize man. I think the great danger of the future is ... that we will have robotized human beings who are not aware that they have been robotized." (69) Delgado ought to know. As- father of Electronic Stimulation of the Brain (ESB), he helped spawn the Invisible War. For years, Delgado has worked to perfect techniques enabling psychiatrists to control humans with radiowaves through electronic "transponders" implanted in the brain. Today, Delgado's theories are being developed further at UCLA, under the auspices of Los Alamos Scientific Laboratories (70), better known as the Home of the Atom Bomb.
***
Dr. Louis Jolyon "Jolly" West('s)... proposals included chemical castration, implantation of transponders in sexual organs and the brain, biological control of women's menstrual cycles to control crime, and eventual replacement of the U.S. legal system with psychiatric control. "Jolly" West continues his clandestine mind control activities from his august Chair of Psychiatry and Directorship of the Neuropsychiatric Institute at UCLA.
Even the EU Parliament has published a document that ADMITS that the US, UK, Russia, France and other countries use Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF) and Electromagnetic Radio (EMR) weapons against citizens for "political control." This is admitted psychotronic warfare, otherwise called in layman's terms "MIND CONTROL."

A short excerpt from the EU document:
US companies are already piloting new systems, lobbying hard and where possible, laying down potentially lucrative patents. For example, last year New Scientist
reported that the American Technology Corporation (ATC) of Poway California has used what it calls acoustical heterodyning technology to target individuals in a crowd with infra-sound to pinpoint an individual 200-300 metres away. The system can also project sonic holograms which can conjure audio messages out of thin air so just one person hears.

CONCLUSION:
The real threat to civil liberties and human rights in the future, is as likely to arise from an incremental erosion of civil liberties, than it is from some conscious plan. The rate of such erosion is speeding up and is rapidly being fuelled by the pace of innovation in the technology of political control. An arsenal of new weapons and technologies of political control has already been developed or lies waiting on the horizon for a suitable opportunity to find useful work.
If readers do not believe this this technology exists, I encourage you all to read the following article, published in Parameters the US Army War College Quarterly entitled, "The Mind has No Firewall" by TIMOTHY L. THOMAS Spring 1998, pp. 84-92
According to Solntsev, one computer virus capable of affecting a person's psyche is Russian Virus 666. It manifests itself in every 25th frame of a visual display, where it produces a combination of colors that allegedly put computer operators into a trance. The subconscious perception of the new pattern eventually results in arrhythmia of the heart. Other Russian computer specialists, not just Solntsev, talk openly about
this "25th frame effect" and its ability to subtly manage a computer user's perceptions. The purpose of this technique is to inject a thought into the viewer's subconscious. It may remind some of the subliminal advertising controversy in the United States in the late 1950s.

The 7 July 1997 issue of U.S. News and World Report described several of them designed, among other things, to vibrate the insides of humans, stun or nauseate them, put them to sleep, heat them up, or knock them down with a shock wave.[9] The technologies include dazzling lasers that can force the pupils to close; acoustic or sonic frequencies that cause the hair cells in the inner ear to vibrate and cause motion sickness, vertigo, and nausea, or frequencies that resonate the internal organs causing pain and spasms; and shock waves with the potential to knock down humans or airplanes and which can be mixed with pepper spray or chemicals.

With modification, these technological applications can have many uses. ...These [acoustic] waves, which can penetrate buildings, offer a host of opportunities for military and law enforcement officials. Microwave weapons, by stimulating the peripheral nervous system, can heat up the body, induce epileptic-like seizures, or cause cardiac arrest. Low-frequency radiation affects the electrical activity of the brain and can cause flu-like symptoms and nausea. Other projects sought to induce or prevent sleep, or to affect the signal from the motor cortex portion of the brain, overriding voluntary muscle movements.

Russian army Major I. Chernishev, writing in the military journal Orienteer in February 1997, asserted that "psy" weapons are under development all over the globe.

Look them up for yourself.

And from an article originally published in The Guardian, entitled, "We Can Implant Entirely False Memories' "by Laura Spinney 12-7-3
"We can easily distort memories for the details of an event that you did experience," says Loftus. "And we can also go so far as to plant entirely false memories - we call them rich false memories because they are so detailed and so big."
This excerpt from the transcript of "Electromagnetic Weapons and Mind Control" CNN's Special Assignment, (about 1985) shows clearly that these technologies are not only possible, actual but in use today:
Over the past year CNN has repeatedly asked the Department of Defense and the Air Force about radio frequency weapons. After much resistance, DOD finally said that the subject was too sensitive to discuss.

DeCaro: But not as remarkable as a real-life experiment where I was the subject of a prototype device designed to project images into the mind without electrodes. The prototype machine, developed from Soviet scientific data, could, according to some scientists, have a profound effect as a weapon of war.

Electronic mind-control research is not new. A scientific milestone in this area came in the 1960s when Dr. Jose Delgado demonstrated remote control over a charging bull.

By connecting a radio antenna to electrodes inserted into the bull's brain, Delgado proved that the animal's aggressive impulses could be thwarted by electronically manipulating the bull's muscle reflexes.

Delgado: Do you realize the fantastic possibilities if from the outside we could modify the inside; could we give messages to the inside?

But the beauty is that now we are not using electrodes.

DeCaro: In recent years Delgado has shown that the behavior of monkeys can be altered using low-power pulsing magnetic fields. But in these experiments, there were no antenna implants.

Delgado: Any function in the brain -- emotions, intellect, personality -- could we perhaps modify by this non-invasive technology.

DeCaro: Delgado's research has so far been limited to animals.

But in the Soviet Union a radio frequency, or RF, device has been used for over 30 years to manipulate the moods of mental patients. It's called a Lida machine. It radiates pulses of radio frequency energy as well as light, sound, and heat. The pulse rate is in the extremely low-frequency range between 0 and 100 pulses per second.

Dr. Ross Adey is the top researcher at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Loma Linda, California. He has been investigating the effects of the Lida machine.

Unidentified: Now what do the Soviets use this machine for?

Adey: Well, they don't use it any more. We should be very clear that this is a machine that is regarded by them as somewhat obsolete technologically.

DeCaro: This scientist, who did not want his identity revealed, is employed by the U.S. Government and has done secret RF weapons research. He believes that tests done with the Lida and similar machines prove that humans are susceptible to remote alterations of mood and awareness.

Actor as Scientist: Certain kinds of weak electromagnetic signals work exactly like drugs, and so the promise is that anything you can do with drugs you could do with the right electromagnetic signal.

Apparently, there are specific sites involved, specific functions involved. It's a matter of matching up, just like it is with a pill or a drug, to cause an effect. You could have a cause and effect relationship between a magnetic field and a biological function.

DeCaro: CNN enlisted the help of noted physicist Dr. Elizabeth Rausher and electrical engineer Bill VanBise to build and test an RF mind-interference machine from data found in Soviet scientific literature.

The machine itself was inexpensive and easy to construct using parts from a consumer electronics store. It emits a weak magnetic field pulsed at extremely low frequency.

As the subject of the test I was blindfolded and my ears were blocked to prevent inadvertent clues as to what was happening. A magnetic probe was placed about 18 inches from my head.
***
DeCaro: Later, I asked VanBise what a weapon using this technology could do.

VanBise: Induce basically what would be considered hallucinations in people; direct them to do things against their so-called better judgement...

DeCaro: How easy would it be to assemble a weapon from existing off-the-shelf parts?

VanBise: Three weeks, I could put together a weapon that would take care of a whole town.
***
DeCaro: This is a Soviet Lida machine. It transmits low-energy radio pulses between 0 and 100 cycles per second. In the Soviet Union Lidas have been used for years to tranquilize psychiatric patients without physical contact.

This sound, which is received by short-wave radios in the United States, is generated by another Soviet radio frequency device. It is known as the Woodpecker because of its tapping noise. It is broadcast by a number of high-powered radio transmitters operating deep in the Soviet Union since July 4th, 1976.

Though the official Defense Department explanation of the Woodpecker is that it is an over-the-horizon radar designed to track U.S. missile launches, some scientists suspect that the Woodpecker is designed to interfere with human brain function.

Dr. Becker: As far as I'm concerned, the potential that this has for producing a direct psychoactive effect upon the total American population is there, has never been disproven...

DeCaro: Dr. Robert Becker is a pioneer in the field of bioeffects of electromagnetism.
***
DeCaro: Dr. Bob Beck, a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering, has done extensive research into electromagnetic effects on humans.

Dr. Beck: The signal was permeating power grids in the United States, it was being picked up by power lines, re-radiated, it was coming into the homes on the light circuits...

Dr. Valanskaya: I was surprised after coming here that the influence of electromagnetic fields was almost completely ignored.

DeCaro: Dr. Larissa Valanskaya was heavily involved in electromagnetic research before being allowed to emigrate to the United States. She told CNN about Soviet Research in electro magnetic effects.

Dr. Valanskaya: They demonstrated experimentally and also demonstrated experimentally that low-frequency, low-energy electromagnetic fields also can posses biological information -- biological efficiency because any field not only carries energy but also carries information.
***
DeCaro: Is the United States military working in the field of electronic mind-control?

Officially, the Department of Defense will not comment because the subject area is, quote: "Too sensitive."

But CNN has learned from this government scientist, who did not want to be identified, that a Navy laboratory conducted research into the use of an RF device for counter-terrorism and special operations.

Actor as the scientist: It's possible to entrain a certain percentage of a population, apparently, with weak magnetic fields.

DeCaro: The study also showed that RF signals could dissolve certain types of rat brain cells at a distance, causing disorientation and nausea.

According to the scientist, even though the program was successful, the government never followed up on it.

Dr. James Fraser did electromagnetic research for the U.S. Air Force for many years. At one time he proposed a battlefield RF weapons system.

Dr. Fraser: You could make an antenna that would be carryable by a helicopter and that this could be expected to produce a wide variety of symptoms, actually, by humans who happened to be standing in the beam.
***
DeCaro: At Lawrence Livermore Laboratory another RF weapons concept is nicknamed "The Brain Bomb." According to the book Star Warriors the Brain Bomb would focus a nuclear blast into a huge pulse of low-frequency RF energy that would stun huge numbers of troops. Apparently it, too, has not yet been funded.

The Department of Defense will not comment about Soviet RF weapons, or if American RF weapons development is going forward. However, experts interviewed by CNN say that the Soviets are apparently ahead and could exploit that lead in a surprise strategic move -- a move that could have grave consequences for the United States.
So it is clear that this technology is not only in use today but in use widely. With the recent gutting of the US Constitution and similar measures worldwide, corresponding to the militarization of local police forces, this technology has a serious possibility of misuse on citizens who dissent.

As the EU document notes:
...shrewd commentators on technology and society such as Haabermas Ellul (1964) recognised the potential risk of a specific loss of traditiona l freedoms and civil liberties associated with broad technological advances in the future, such as surveillance. However, BSSRS was the first group of scientists and technologists to identify and characterise a whole class of technology whose principal designated function was to achieve social and political control.

In Ackroyd et. al (1977), BSSRS. defined the technology of political control as "a new type of weaponry." "It is the product of the application of science and technology to the problem of neutralising the state's internal enemies. It is mainly directed at civilian populations, and is not intended to kill (and only rarely does). It is aimed as much at
hearts and minds as at bodies." For BSSRS, "This new weaponry ranges from means of monitoring internal dissent to devices for controlling demonstrations...
***
In the Nineties, the revolution in so called 'non- lethal weapons' was given fresh impetus by new US programmes to
fight internal conflicts - ostensibly without casualties.

***
Weapons specifically designed to quell dissent are incredibly cheap
compared to their major warfare counterparts like ships, aircraft and tanks, and have the market advantage of being used almost continuously against the enemy within.
